How do you assemble a Vortex?

1. Attach quick release wheels:

Push button in

Place wheel on axle, aligning drive pins on axle with four holes in wheel panel.

2. Attach front wheel

Push front wheel into chassis and close drawlatch

Insert steering structure into chassis

3. Attach handle assembly

Push handle assembly into chassis and close drawlatch

Attach handle assembly to chassis

Attach wires

Manual operation

Set function switch to off
Place battery on battery tray and connect T-bar to battery
Set speed control at white line (slow), set the function switch to manual, and slowly increase speed

How often should I recharge my CaddyCell lithium battery? ▼

Charge after every round of golf, even if it is just 9 holes. To learn more, click here to view detailed charging instructions.

Can I leave my lithium battery charging until I am ready to use it again? ▼

CaddyCell lithium battery should not be left on charge indefinitely. This battery recharges fast, within a couple of hours, and should be removed from charge soon after recharge is complete. Leaving battery charging will impair longevity of charger.
